Friday
Workshops: $65. Fee includes both morning and afternoon workshops, lectures and lunch. Registration is limited. Indicate first and second choices for both morning and afternoon workshops. Confirmation for admission to workshops and other information will be forwarded at a later date.

o Speakers’ Gala: $50 (Friday Evening at Wyoming Plantation)

Saturday

o Symposium: $65. Includes refreshments, lectures, lunch and tea at White's Cottage. Registration is limited to 350.

o Symposium for students: $40.
